At CTC, we know that transporting samples to our laboratory is a key stage in guaranteeing the conformity of your analyses.
That's why we've set up a special in-house collection service to replace a conventional carrier, with procedures tailored to your constraints and our quality requirements.

This service is available throughout the Rhône-Alpes region and gives you the benefit of personalised, secure and controlled logistics, in direct contactwith our teams.

The COFRAC standard for guaranteed quality

The quality and reliability of your analysis results depend on the rigour of each stage of the process, including transport.

Our collection service complies strictly with the sample acceptance criteria defined by COFRAC accreditation standard.

This French accreditation body imposes increasingly strict requirements regarding the integrity of the results.

The criteria relating to sample acceptance are an example of this, and the transport conditions in particular:

The delivery time must not exceed 24 hours from the sample end date.
The sample chamber must remain at the required temperature (5 °C ± 3).
All this information must be systematically included in the analysis reports to guarantee the traceability of the samples submitted for testing.

Sample collection by CTC is a simple process involving three stages.

Organisation of collection

Our teams will contact you to agree on the best time slot, depending on your constraints and our routes.

On-site collection

Our technician will collect the samples from the agreed location (technical premises, reception, dedicated cooler, etc.), according to your instructions.

Transport to the laboratory

Transport is carried out in compliance with the conditions required by our accreditation, to guarantee the validity and integrity of the samples submitted for analysis.

This logistics system gives us greater control over transport times and conditions, while ensuring:

Instant sampling of running water, waste water and the natural environment
Average sampling over 24 hours with time or flow control
RSDE sampling for hazardous substance
Continuous on-site analysis (pH, temperature, etc.)
Piezometer samples
Sampling for health, potability and legionella (Legionnaires' disease)
Inspection of self-assessment systems for facilities and storm overflow and micro-discharge networks
Required checks of water meters
Detailed reports on concentration, flow and compliance with waste standards.
