Insert perforation (P / PL / PS)

Objective

During use, footwear may be subjected to puncture stress. The aim of this test is to verify the extent of protection on the one hand, and the puncture resistance of the sole on the other.
 

Principle

The test consists in measuring the force required to perforate the sole. The result is the perforation force in N.
