Impact resistance of stud

Objective

This test is used to reproduce the impact on the stud. It is thus possible to anticipate the impact resistance of the stud and/or its fastening.

Principle

The test consists of subjecting the stud to impacts on a pendulum impact tester in order to check the good resistance of
the fastening.
The result is the number of impacts taken to break or detach the stud.
