Determination of washability in domestic washing machine

Objective

This test is used to evaluate the domestic washability of shoes. The method is intended for any shoe claiming to be cleanable in this way, particularly for slippers.

Principle

The test consists of performing a washing & drying cycle, and checking certain parameters after the test.
For each shoe, it will be possible to indicate after the test, the result corresponds to the spontaneous mechanical deterioration and to the upper/sole bond value.
