Wheel durability - endurance

Objective

The purpose of this determination is to assess the durability of trolley items, in terms of their rolling system coupled to the telescopic handle.

Principle

The weighted luggage is set via its telescopic handle so as to run at a fixed speed (generally 5 km/h) on a special treadmill with standardised obstacles. The number of km travelled taken for irreversible deterioration to appear (wheel, bearing, bar, etc.) is noted.
