CTC is committed to building lasting relationships of trust with its clients, both in France and internationally.

Every year, to measure the effectiveness of our actions and services, we monitor our net promoter score (NPS), a key indicator of client satisfaction.

Through an annual satisfaction survey conducted by an external service provider, CTC assesses the likelihood of its customers recommending its services.

 

Net promoter score 

A positive net promoter score (NPS) shows that our clients are more than happy to recommend us.

Since 2018, CTC has seen a steady increase in its NPS, reflecting its commitment to constantly optimising the quality of its services.
