Color fastness to light (until 72h)

 

Objective

This test is used to anticipate any colour deterioration that might occur due to exposure to light. This test is based on EN ISO 105B02.

 

Principle

The test consists of subjecting a specimen to the light of a xenon arc lamp (which reproduces daylight more intensely) besidea set of blue standards, and then using these blue standards to visually assess the colour deterioration of the specimen.
