Puncture resistance

Objective

During use, gloves can be subject to puncture constraints. The objective of the test is to check the level of performance of the glove against the criterion.

Principle

The test consists in measuring the force required for the stylus to penetrate through the multiple layer materials cut from the palm. The result corresponds to the puncture resistance at N and the performance level.
