Objective
The purpose of this determination is to assess the item’s resistance to the rough handling that it might undergo during its life cycle (drops, airport conveyor, etc.)
Principle
The weighted luggage is placed inside a drum, inside which it is subjected to a certain number of drops.
Any irreversible deterioration is noted.
