The quality approach starts with defining defects and their acceptance levels. This exercise will ensure that all the company’s departments are on the same page, and that communication with suppliers is clear and effective.

Definition of defects and quality criteria

CTC can help you implement quality criteria, with a precise definition of defects and their acceptable quality level.

This will, of course, all depend on your range level and the quality requirements that you wish to put in place.

Implementation of a quality approach

Analysing the level of performance of your suppliers, putting control systems in place, defining acceptable quality levels - these are different issues that are important to address when implementing a quality approach.

CTC can support you with this. Contact us to discuss your needs and expectations.

Inspection of finished products

In-process inspection

This is the ideal time to check quality. With CTC, you will benefit from a rigorous production check, in line with the client’s specifications. We will use our expertise to help your factory identify and implement immediate improvements, before production is even finished.

Pre-shipment inspection

Conducted in accordance with standard ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 MIL (STD 105 E), these checks guarantee the quality of products before they are shipped, particularly the packaging, the type and the labelling of boxes.
