LEATHER TECHNICIAN / MANAGER

I am a qualified Leather Technologist with over 40 years of international experience in leather manufacturing, tanning technology, leather chemistry and technical consultancy.
Throughout my career, I have held senior management positions in several tanneries in Namibia, where I was responsible for entire production operations, quality assurance, process development and teams of over 100 employees.
From 2013 to 2024, I worked as an International Leather Application Technician at Zschimmer & Schwarz in Germany, developing customer-specific formulations, conducting industrial trials and providing technical support to tanneries across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Having worked both in tannery management and in the international leather chemical industry, I understand the technical and practical challenges faced by leather manufacturers.
I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my extensive experience to your company, particularly in technical consultancy, product development, international customer support or a senior technical management position.

Contributed to production optimisation, quality assurance and technical problem solving.
