Since 1993, CTC has been a Notified Body (NB) designated by the Ministry of Labour for personal protective equipment. This notification entails several obligations. In particular, the NB must regularly inform manufacturers of developments concerning the CE marking of their products.
On 1 December 2023, CTC, therefore, organized the 16th PPE Day "Footwear", with the French Footwear Federation's (FFC) support. Developments in standards and legislative changes were presented, giving the fifty or so participating shoemakers a better understanding of market developments.
